This video completely brightened up my morning.

In college, we were having trouble putting up results in big races. Although we had a large team, we didn't have enough of those super strong rowers that make a team competitive. 

We fantasized about a time where rowers could be seen like football players, where crew was THE thing to do. 

This video especially hit home, a place where what I do and what I love is shown in a fantastic light. Where a coxswain is seen not only as a driver, but as a vital part of the race and boat itself.
