Friday Favorites

As much as it's a guilty pleasure, I love reading other bloggers' Friday Favorites. I find they are much more reliable than a magazine site, and usually much more entertaining. And every now and then, you read about something totally cool, like something I didn't know about...

Hopefully, someone else might enjoy these as much as I currently do.

1) Avenue Q at the Horizon Theatre.
We're seeing this tonight, and bringing the family. Fingers crossed they take it well...

2) Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) by Minday Kaling
I love her, especially her writing. If I ever wrote a book, about myself, I would definitely like to take her approach. The book isn't an autobiography per se, but more a collection of essays and anecdotes that is beyond hilarious.
Click to Order from Barnes & Noble. I like them much better than Amazon...

3) The Nike Training Club App
As far as I know, it's only available through the Apple App Store, but it is my favorite thing when it comes to the gym. Kevin, my personal trainer, is amazing, but I can't afford him. This app pushes me to  harder and longer than any random guy who thinks he can bench more than me...

4) Downton Abbey, Season 2
The best reason to save public broadcasting. This series is beyond amazing, not coming from someone who jumped on the bandwagon. I've been waiting for almost a year for the second season to come, and have been very controlled in not trolling for the pirated version. Get cultured and watch this show, now.

5) Biscoff Spread
I am a Silver Medallion Delta Traveler, and have flown primarily Delta since I was 5. Their exclusive deal with Biscoff was the highlight of almost every flight until they started giving you peanuts instead. Strangely, I can now buy Biscoff in bulk here in Atlanta, but this was a bit more rare.

I found this little baby at World Market, and now Jif and Nutella have never felt less loved in this apartment. Biscoff Spread is my version of crack. I can put this on anything.

It's a spreadable cinnamon cookie that is just about as good for you as Nutella, and much better than regular peanut butter. Not exactly sure of that last statement, but you can't argue with love...

Have a great weekend, everyone!
