Thanksgiving/Winter Workout

No longer in racing mode, I am content to look back at the previous season and then look forward to the upcoming. I've had some pretty good races this Fall and have definitely grown in skill and caliber. Fingers crossed that there will be just as great of success in ATL, in more ways than one...

This Thanksgiving, I went with the BF to see his family (and later mine) in Florida. It's not my first Thanksgiving sans my family, and I acknowledge that it is a big step forward on the linear relationship timeline. Post-cranberry sauce (way better than actual turkey), I think my relationship is going better than ever and I am very anxious to see what the next season holds.

So in the dormant coxswain period known as the winter, most rowers try to workout and get faster. What do coxswains do? I'd like to hibernate, and do Turbokick.... And as for the relationship, 2 weeks straight in ATL? kind of a big deal...
